In the corporate world, a trophy that is especially prized is the crystal trophy which is usually made from hundred percent finest crystals and which lack for any lead because of the danger that it poses to health. Though it is not quite possible to measure success, a trophy is a true and just reward for endeavor and effort that has borne fruit, and it is thus a good means of recognizing worth for what it is, and is thus useful for honoring others.
